siebel Loopback Folder

HI ,

Sometimes , I can see files getting generated in Loopback folder (S:\Siebel81SIA\siebsrvr\BIN\loopback) in Siebel Server .

Can you please advice other reason other than below ?

As per my knowledge , the file get generated only when customer sending multiple emails within 30 Sec (as per parameter value we set) or recepient emiail id is invalid .
