Do we have BSSV services to create an Item or Item branch ? The traditional way is Z-file ube R41

I have the Business interfaces implementation guide for release 9.2. and if I am not wrong then I only see process Inventory Item (J4100003) and process Inventory item V2 (J4100003).

Do these java programs create an item or item branch ?
