Reconciled statement line is shown as 'Unreconciled'

Hi guys,

I am new here and hope you could assist me.

Every now and then, we get to see a reconciled statement line that is still shown with a status of 'Unreconcilied' and the 'Amount Reconcilied' is left blank.

When clicking the 'Reconciled' button, we see the GL transaction that it was reconciled against.

Any idea what causes this issue and how I can prevent it from happening?
