Oracle Weblogic 12c with JDeveloper 12.1.2.0

Hi,

We are planning to install (Oracle Weblogic 12c and JDeveloper 12.1.2.0 ) to complete Business configuration . We check the certification it's computable with our Tools release (9.1.5.7) but our question about if it computable with our Application release 9.0.
