Intercompany AR Invoice between 2 LEs belongs to Same OU

Hello All,

Need your suggestion how to create intercompany invoice between 2 different organization which belongs to 2 different legal entities where as both the LEs belong to same operating unit. Oracle allows us to create intercompany AR invoice when the selling & shipping operating units are different by defining the intercompany relationship. Is there any way we can leverage the same & create the intercompany transaction using 2 different LEs?
