Enterprise server services started with errors in jde.log

Hi,

I recently installed 9.1 Enterprise server and installed Oracle 11gR in the same Windows 2012 R2 server. But while starting the jde services in the jde.log files I see the below error. Since I instaled the DB server in the same enterprise server I didn't installed the client version. Can someone tell me the reason of the below issue? Even porttest is failing.

  JDB9900160 - Failed to load driver library jdboci111.DLL

  JDB9900254 - Failed to initialize driver.

308/1160 SYS:Metadata                       Mon Mar 21 20:35:53.688002 JTP_CM.C209

  JDB9909002 - Could not init connect.
