Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2.0 on AIX 7.1 creation of MGMTDB failed

Hi

I'm trying to install Oracle RAC 1^2.1.0.2.0 on AIX 7.1

During installation of GIMR I the creation of the -MGMTDB instance failed.

Manually recreation using different method will also fail.

Do you have any idea what the root cause can be?

grid@/u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbca/_mgmtdb # cat _mgmtdb.log

+REPO has enough space. Required space is 1566 MB , available space is 16114 MB.
