Is it possible to configure BI LDAP security group?

We have a working deployment of BI publisher that uses our corporate LDAP for authentication. We have created the XMLP_* groups in our LDAP and everything works fine. We will soon have a second BI publisher deployment that will use the same LDAP. We do not want to share the same XMLP_* groups from one deployment to another. Is there a way to specify which LDAP_* groups should be used for our first deployment and which should be used for our second deployment? We do not want to use different LDAP branches for groups used by the different deployments.
