UNDO space is too large, and it is taking up resources

Our database is a RAC. Now we lack of space and our UNDO usage is 100 percent. Today we run advanced planning for EBS, also got error message. We need to clean up undo.

I check the "UNEXPIRED" space, I do not understand how not released?
