How to include intransit Time is sourcing rule

Hi All,

We wanted use the functionality of intransit time defined in the sourcing rule for (transfer from or buy from), but I'm not able to select the shipping method and intransit time in sourcing rule.

Please help me what setups am I missing here.

Please find the screen shot attached. Shipping method does not show any value.
