12c cloud control minimum hardware requirements

According to documentation below, I've added the minimum hardware requirements from tables 2-1 and 2-2 for the evaluation size of 12c cloud control installation.  What isn't really clear is if these two tables also include the hardware requirements for an oracle database to store the repository in.  Does anyone know if I need to add that separately or is it included in these tables?
