Patch 21385444 is for R12.2; is there a R12.1.3 equivalent?

We are experiencing the issue with printer names documented in MOS Note #1673261.1.  The doc recommends applying patch #21385444, but this patch says it is for R12.2.  We are on R12.1.3.  Is there another patch we can apply to resolve this issue?  I wasn't able to find anything further when researching the patch.  Would appreciate any assistance!
