Email notifications for unclaimed recons are not sent to group members

Hi,

We are on version 11.1.2.4.101 and all Preparer and Reviewers are set to a group rather than individual users. In 11.1.2.3.50x the email notifications were sent to each member of the group if no user had claimed the reconciliation yet so that everybody was informed about all the recs they are in charge of which still required action. In the new version our users only get emails if they claimed the reconciliation, but any open recs which are not assigned yet don't trigger the email notification process.

The recons do show up in the users' Worklist which provides the visibility if a user is actively working in the system, but the users seem to prefer the email notifications.
