E1 US Year-end. Need to re-run EFW2 Mag Media Build. Getting error. Reset Year-end?

Question: E1 9.0 US Year-end.  W2s have been printed (FYI: W2 Print date is blank so we can reset YE if needed).  We ran Federal EFW2 Mag Media build R8907865 - no error on building of file.  Discovered Email address missing for Contact in output flat file (F07865) when we tried to test the upload on the SSA Accu Wage Site.  Need to rerun EFW2 Mag Media build now that we have fixed the info in JDE but EFW2 build (R8907865) Errors out. We have moved the old file out of the JDE Export folder so the data will not get appended to the
