Outbound ASN ( EDI DSNO) send email confirmation back to shipping/sales guys

Hello friends, I was just wondering to check if we can send an email notification to list of users ( shipping/Sales) upon success SFTP of an outbound ASN ( Delivery to customer) through EDI ( DSNO). Ideally after ITS completion , Outbound Triggering Process (Triggering Process Outbound) runs that creates a DSNO file in the server and then a SFTP program when finds a file in the directory sends to EDI server. I am looking for a mechanism where we can find out list of ASN/delivery contains in a DSNO and sends those data to users saying successful EDI transmission is done .
