INST-07294: Could not retrieve SSO information with the given credentials

I´m configuring Portal, Form, Report and Discoverer 11.1.1.7 and one step is enter OID information. I put right data and get erro:

INST-07294: Could not retrieve SSO information with the given credentials

Form same server where Portal, Form, Report and Discoverer 11.1.1.7  is installed, I did and ldapsearch and ldapbind to OID and it is OK:
