In JDE world A 9.3 do we have any workaround or direct fit for the below scenario . If we have this in JDE E1 also fine.

Example : Customer ordered for 1000CA and order submitted in P4211 and before the scheduled pick date , customer called and asked customer service to urgently process 100CA out of 1000CA. Can we do this without entering another line 2.000 manually in P4211. We want this scenario during order entry not during ship confirmation.Line should not go to back order, the remaining 900CA should be in line # 1.000. This scenario should be happen suddenly ,so Blanket order will not suit.Pls advise, if we have any workaround in JDE.
