How to disable unique constraint

Hi All,

I was applyig a patch and I am getting following error. How can I findout which constraint is applied and how can I disable it?

Importing file "/oracleapps/db/proddb2/ORA11Ghome/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pon/12.0.0/mds/tools/templates/webui/ponNegMngTemplatePG.xml" as "/oracle/apps/pon/tools/templates/webui/ponNegMngTemplatePG".

Error:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.JDR~COMPONENTS~U1) violated
