AGIS - Intercompany Reconciliation Data Extract Program

Does Intercompany Reconciliation Data Extract Program (in AGIS) show all transactions/JE's entered in Oracle as long as it hits the account specified in GL setup ??

Or does it only show transactions with source = Global Intercompany ?
