Hi, I am trying to upgrade from 629 to 636. We have already installed everything on the App Servers.

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from 629 to 636. We have already installed everything on the App Servers.  However on the web servers I cannot seem to connect. Do I need to install Weblogic on the web Servers? Do i need only the binaries? Please assist. Thanks
