Unable to access Admin tab in Oracle's iSupplier portal.

When I try to access Admin tab  from iSupplier Portal Full Access and Supplier Profile manager responsibilities,

it is throwing an error.  "You cannot access Admin page because our records indicate that your company is inactive. Please contact the system administrator if you believe this is the result of a mistake". 

Can you please suggest how do I get rid of this error?  Thanks
