Order Lines status not changing to Awaiting Shipping from Booked.

Hi,

Order got Credit Check Failure then it was released manually. After that we are unable to schedule the order.

While running the Schedule order program, it is ending up with warning and log file showing...

Message :ORA-01086: savepoint 'PROCESS_ORDER' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception in Package OE_Order_PUB Procedure Gen_Gapless_Sequence

Message :ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Process_Requests_And_Notify

Can anyone help out?
