Inventory Committment

Hi Team,

My client is using JD 9.1.

The requirement is that my client is having different dealers as customers. these dealers hold inventory for a specific time and then use it or sell.

For a particular dealers we want the inventory to be committed only for the lots which has expiry date greater then 45 days. even if inventory is available but the lot has expiry less then 45  days then it should not be committed and order should go on back order.

if I want to achieve it what could be the best possible solution.  also we are not using any Warehousing.
