Hi


I have this message after rman fished backup:

piece handle=r1r154bs_1_1 tag=%TAG comment=API Version 2.0,MMS Version 5.0.0.0

channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_5: backup set complete, elapsed time: 04:42:26

Finished backup at 23-MAR-16

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-06004: ORACLE error from recovery catalog database: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Process ID: 23986342

Session ID: 1706 Serial number: 6447

ORACLE error from recovery catalog database: ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

db version 11.2.0.3 on AIX 6.1.

But on the second  DB (11.2.0.4 on Redhat 6) I have this message:

channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_1: backup set complete, elapsed time: 01:48:16

Finished backup at 07-MAR-16

Recovery catalog is down or not connected to catalog, trying to reconnect.
