After upgrade not able to view KF Value sets

Hi, We recently upgraded our instance to 12.2.4 - after upgrade - we are trying to assign some values for Key flexfield segments. But when we try to search it in Key Flexfield value sets - it is not displaying all Key flexfield structures. What could be the issue?
