Destination Organization value on Purchase Requisition via form personlization

Hi All,

The Destination organization on the requisition line is being picked from the location definition where an inventory organization is tied up. The Employee is assigned with the location.However when we associate location with inventory organization, then the locations gets restricted in the PO shipment level and requisition line level. The user may have access to only one OU, but they want to see all the location defined as they may procure for any location.

The only option for me is to create a location and donot associate inventory organization. By doing so, the Destination organization on requisition is null and is mandatory. Chances of user selecting wrong inventory orgs are high. We want to grey out the field which i can do a form personalization.
