Browser Compatibility Guide for JDE Supplier Self Service on Oracle Web Center Portal

Hi,

We are facing browser compatibility issues while running JDE Supplier Self Service applications on Oracle web Center Portal for a client. Sometimes after logging in, Alerts screen automatically maximizes itself leaving  no option to go back unless click on back button browser. Sometimes it got stuck with "Fetching All Rows" and so on.

I was wondering if someone can point me to any Browser Compatibility Guide with recommended settings for the browser. We are using IE 11.0.9600.18230CO and Google Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m

We are on EnterpriseOne Tools Release: 9.1.4

Please let me know if someone needs more information.
