How to Add Document type Attribute to message PO Approve with PDF in PO Approval Wokflow

HI Guys,

I'am currently working on Customization of  PO Approval Workflow.Ia'm npt able to add Attribute with Document Type to message PO Approve with PDF in PO Approval Workflow.

Any Help will be Highly Appreciated.
