Do we lost data in Essbase when delete this files *.inn, *.pan, *.otn, *.otm, *.esn, *.tcu?

Hi gurus, we have not space into Hyperion server. Is there any possibility to lost data if we delete these files?

*.inn, *.pan, *.otn, *.otm, *.esn, *.tcu

We found this note:

Error "File [d:\Hyperion\AnalyticServices\app\appname\dbname\ess00002.pan] cannot be created because it already exists. [adIndNewFile] aborted" When Restructuring A Database. (Doc ID 860867.1)
