Hi Everyone,

I created a public list under service request. This list is visible to users under all roles within CRM except for a couple of roles. These roles have access to previously created public lists.

Is this some kind of oracle bug. Should I create a case with oracle to resolve this or do you have a workaround / have come across this before ?
