Error with running RMAN script in EM12c on RAC Cluster

Good day all,

I am trying to backup one of my RAC cluster databases (Oracle 12.1.0.2, Solaris 11), (EM 12c Linux) using an RMAN script.  The job is failing immediately with

Error evaluating parameter sources/security checks/locks ORA-20224: Could not resolve instance for cluster/redundancy group.  It has not gotten to the point where it is evaluating the run block.  I have another RAC database using this same run block that is working fine.  The KB says to turn on a blackout for 5 minutes and try again (which sounded weird to begin with). Well I did one for 20 minutes and it did not fix it.
