Web Exception error while creating a Sales order

Hi, we have a peculiar problem with the sales order creation. Some users are able to create the sales orders using P42101. But some users cannot, when they try to create the sales orders the web exception error seems to pop-up and the transaction does not get completed.

I am attaching the sample screenshot showing the error(in spanish).We captured the debug log and observed that it stops at SQL related to F47132 because of no data. any Clues on this is appreciated.
