SQLT .trc files in trace directory

Oracle RDBMS 12.1.0.2

At some point in this database, I used SQLT with Oracle support for some tracing.  That's over and done with. 

For some reason, there are some SQLT .trc files in my trace directory.  I'm thinking that perhaps the pid is being reused, but the number on the .trc file is not even the number that I originally traced.  It's for a parallel process, with a recent date stamp.

Is there a way to turn this off?

Insights or suggestions are appreciate.
