Enhanced spreadsheet format 11g

Hello Everyone,

We are using Enhanced spreadsheet option to generate reports in excel, but the problem with output it is generated with spaces, means not useful for user to make any amendment or any calculation in sheet.

The short term solution which we find is to:

Edit .... Replace your selected data, (Cltrl+H)

2.       In Find What hold ALT and type 0160 using the numeric keypad

3.       Leave Replace With as blank and select Replace All

4.       After that you will able edit your sheet

Most of our users are doesn't have numeric key board, and some time above solution cant work.

Can anyone have any solution to eliminate this problem.
