Unable to close period

Hi, Payables GURU

Please help us in this issue

1 - We want to close a Jun-15 Period and we faced an exception which is a check in 30-Nov-2011.

2 - The Nov-11 was closed and we tried to create accounting for this check and the system told us that was created and still accounting status is Partial.

Please help.
