install agent for web server - weblogic

hi,

I need install agent console to web server ( using weblogic )  from server manager.. when I install iam using 64 bit jdk for weblogic and agent console. I install finish. but i can not see manage home location   for web server when I login http://servermanager:8999/manage. and services windows is not created for agent console.

iam using tool release 9.2.0.3
