Single or Multiple Inventory Organization

I have a discussion tomorrow with client on having either single or multiple Inventory organization where I will have to present pros and cons of having either single or multiple inventory organizations.

Basis of having inventory organization will depend heavily on physical location and costing method.

Kindly share your recommendation for each structure.
