How to enable changing component branch plant issuing material in P31113

Hi eveyone,

I need to ask you how to enable changing component branch plant issuing material in P31113. I have a work order in M30 branch plant. When i want to issue material default branch plant for component is M30. However, someone can chhange the component's branch plant as M20 and issue from other location. Is there a way to enable changing component branch plant while issuing material in P31113?
