Is it possible to disable SSL and enable TLS in EM Agent 10.2.0.4.5?

I am tasked with disabling SSL and enabling TLS in our EM environment, but recently found out that our EM agent is only 10.2.0.4.5. Our DB control is 11.2.0.4 (as is our DB from a recent upgrade). I can not find where to make this change in the suggested places I've read. Is it possible to perform that/those action(s) or will I have to upgrade EM? Is there a way to upgrade just the agent or will I have to perform a full upgrade to a newer version? I am trying to do this while keeping any new software/applications to
