accessibility violation check

I got the below error for an existing custom app when I did the accessibility violation check.  Is it okay to leave it like that and if not, how do I fix it please?

Warning Description     : Image control found without tooltip text.

BitMap Control ID     : 87 

BitMap ER Title     : Bitmap 87
