ODA v12.1.2.6 Checking for expected RPMs installed ; Check for expected RPMs failed ; Node is not

Just to throw some visibility to the community we're trying to run this patch and getting the following error:

FO: 2016-03-22 13:31:22: Checking for expected RPMs installed

INFO: 2016-03-22 13:31:22: Please install the RPM : perl-RPC-XML.noarch

ERROR: 2016-03-22 13:31:22: Check for expected RPMs failed

INFO: 2016-03-22 13:31:22: Node is not ready for upgrade


Info isn't yet on the known issues  under the 888888.1 home page. We have a SR opened and it's related to bug 22993141
