How to trigger Landed Cost Integration Manager real time

Hi

We have requirement to immediately put away the goods as soon as received. LCM is enabled as service option.  Also Landed cost charges are going to be applied only for specified vendor sites.

In such a scenario, the expectation is that the LCM integration manager program should be real time similar to the receiving transaction processor.  As per the below note, the program can be run only in the batch mode.  can someone please clarify if there is any other option other than Batch.
