I have I doubt.. when I run the COM script in Siebel got below error message...

   

Error While set the  Record : <Checkpoint1>Could not connect To Oracle. First Check the ODBC Settings and then check to see if you have TNSNames.ora file in the Server</Checkpoint1><Checkpoint3>Could not execute the SQL</Checkpoint3><Checkpoint4>Connection Closed</Checkpoint4>
Stack trace: Application [Siebel Sales Enterprise].RaiseErrorText(), Built-in function BusComp [Order Entry - Orders].BusComp_PreSetFieldValue(), Line: 4072
