Siebel schema changes between Siebel 8.0 database and Siebel IP 15 database

Hi,

We are upgrading our Siebel environment from version 8.0.0.10 to IP 15.

After upgrade, plan is to implement a Delta Data Load from current production schema (8.0 SIA Version - 8.0.0.0.10) to new production schema (15.0 Version - 15.0.0.0.0).

Oracle database is Oracle 11g R2 for both current and new schema. We are also having existing EIM process for data load for few tables.

Queries related to this:

1. Is there a way to find the SIEBEL schema differences between the Siebel 8.0 DB and Siebel IP 15 DB (besides comparing DMRs for each version from 8.1 to IP 15)

2. Is EIM is only safe way for implementing Delta data load between these two schemas.
