Error during upgrade EBS 12.2.0. to 12.2.4

Hi All,

I am upgrading Oracle EBS from 12.2.0 to 12.2.4

During applying 12.2.4 patch I am getting following error. Worker show following error. How to resolve this issue? I am applying path through following command.

adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=17919161,21900859,19829320 merge=yes abandon=no restart=yes

Importing file "/oracleapps/db/proddb2/ORA11Ghome/fs1/EBSapps/appl/az/12.0.0/mds/r12/selectionSet/webui/CrCustomSelSet

PG.xml" as "/oracle/apps/az/r12/selectionSet/webui/CrCustomSelSetPG".

Error:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.JDR~COMPONENTS~U1) violated
