Not able to Insert value under Tax Rate Code field

Hi Support,

In R12 I am not able to insert this value "Eq finance Lease tax VAT @12.50% on 100% of value + Service tax @14.50% on 10% of Value" under Tax Rate code filed. Similarly I had to create for 4 tax rate code.

Snap shot attached where its not taking full Tax rate code name.

Kindly suggest. How I can insert required values under Tax Rate code filed.
