pgrading from WLS 12.1.1 to WLS 12.1.3 weblogic.wsee.verbose does not function the same way.

Hi...  We are upgrading from WLS 12.1.1 to WLS 12.1.3 and it looks like weblogic.wsee.verbose does not function the same way.  We are trying to display SOAP request/response to the log but setting the JAVA Option -Dweblogic.wsee.verbose=weblogic.wsee.jaxws.* does not work the same way.  How is this done in WLS 12.1.3?
