Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

When i try run Universal Installer from second(upgraded) path, then i get:

Universal Installer from first path is working correctly.

Any suggestions how solve it or find more detailed logs?
