Loading pre-rated events into BRM using UEL/REL

We receive a file from external system which will contain pre-rated recurring/onetime/usage events.

We were able to load pre-rated CDR's (usage) using REL successfully into BRM DB.

I have two questions with regards to recurring/onetime.

1. Can i use batch pipeline and REL to load recurring and onetime charges ? if so, what is the approach ?

2. I tried UEL with PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE to load recurring and onetime events, but its not working with below input flist ?

Can someone suggest what changes has to be made to below flist ?
