Student Worker Access (Profile) in Peopelsoft Campus Solution?

Hi,

We are on People tools 8.53 and CS9.0. As a being a higher education industry, every term (spring, Summer,Fall, Winter) all offices (Student Accounts, Student Records, Admissions) across the college. How do we manage when student gets hired to work in any department and have vary in their schedule? Do we have make separate login (profile) than their student login? What is the best approach that we can follow?
